Hispanic Community Council offers a one of a kind diabetes education program approved by the American Diabetes Advocates and Hope Diabetes Institute. Programs offered include: diabetes prevention program for people with prediabetes; diabetes instruction program for people with diabetes; individual diabetes education; fitness; and nutrition education.  Services are free of charge, Diabetes support group also available.
